How to get help
Email support@hibimondai.app if you need support, cannot sign in, or find an issue that blocks your practice.
Share beta feedback
Have an idea, a rough edge, or something that confused you? Use the beta feedback page to tell us about onboarding, AI feedback, the quiz, iOS, content, bugs, or pricing. For urgent or blocking issues, email support@hibimondai.app instead.
What to report
- Problems signing in or creating an account.
- Today, Practice, or Explore practice screens not loading.
- Answers or practice attempts not saving.
- Profile or progress information that looks incorrect.
- Layout problems on mobile or desktop.
- Japanese grammar content that looks incorrect or unclear.
- Any crash, error message, or unexpected behavior.
Helpful feedback details
When reporting an issue, please include what you were trying to do, what happened, whether you were using the web app or iOS app, and any screenshot that helps explain the problem.
Known beta limitations
- Teacher and admin workflows are not included in the iOS MVP.
- Push notifications are not implemented yet.
- Some visual details may still change.
- Grammar content is still being expanded and reviewed.
- Some profile data may require a screen reload or refresh after new activity.
