Delete your Hibi Mondai account

How to request deletion

Email support@hibimondai.app with the subject “Account deletion request”.

Please send the request from the email address you use for your Hibi Mondai account, or include that email address in your message, so we can find the right account.

What deletion removes

Deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to:

• Your profile and display information.
• Your streaks and progress.
• Your submitted sentences and daily answers.
• Your extra practice history.
• Your quiz history.
• Your AI教師 (AI feedback) history.
• Your classroom membership data, where applicable.

What we may keep

Some minimal records may be retained only when required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons. We do not keep this data to continue providing the service to you.

Verification

Hibi Mondai may ask you to verify your identity or confirm your request before deleting the account. This helps protect your account from deletion requests made by someone else.
